Living a life that matters

Prayer for Vocations

Creator God, life is your gift to me, what I make of it is my gift to you.  You call me to share the gift of my life in service to others – to help people come to know your love by my love for them,

Give me generosity to respond to your call in building the Body of Christ, the Church.  Lead all to follow your call of service.  We ask this in Jesus.  Amen.

Are You Listening to God's Call?

As Christians we are both called and gifted through our baptism. We use our gifts by word and action in the Church and in the world, celebrating Christ's presence and striving to further the reign of God. As Christians we are called to holiness, community, and service. This vocational call can be lived out in various lifestyles: marriage, single life, priesthood or religious life (sister, brother, or priest).

We who are called to religious life follow a specific tradition of spirituality patterned after the life and teaching of our founders and the mission of our community.

Our Associates, in their call to marriage or single life, become partners with us in our spirituality and mission.
