Dear Friend,

It is the time of year when life seems to be in its fullness - the grass, the trees, the flowers, the fields and gardens.  It is a time of abundance which reminds us of how generous and extravagant is our God's love for us.

In St. John's first letter, he writes: "God's commandment is this: we should believe in the name of his Son, Jesus Christ, and love one another just as he commanded us." (1 John 3:23)  It reminds me of my years of teaching young children Jesus' most important teaching - love God, love self and love others.  That is a good summary for the Christian life and the life of a religious in our Church and world today.

Together, you and we live these words of St. John. With every prayer and gift, you express your faith in Jesus and reach out with love for us and for those we serve daily - children, parishioners, the sick, the elderly, the homeless, the grieving, the poor, the lonely.

Throughout our 130 years as a Community, you and all our donors have shared our mission "to compassionately respond to the needs of our times through ministries that uphold human dignity, pursue peace, and promote Gospel justice." We couldn't do what we do without you!

You can help us any way you chose.  Some donors give a monthly gift, some an annual gift, some several times throughout the year.  Some give with cash, some by check, others by credit card or automatic bank withdrawal.  Some bless us at the time of their death by naming us in their will, estate plan or as a recipient of their funeral memorial funds. Whatever way you choose, you bless us with your love for us and for the Lord and we are very grateful.

Planning for Your and Our Future

We are Easter people! Our lives do not stop with death. Your support of us and our ministries doesn't have to stop with death either. You can remember us in your will or name us as a beneficiary of your funeral memorial gifts. Make your choice known to your loved ones and include it in your estate planning. A decision made now allows you to continue supporting those you have supported during your lifetime.
