The Journey of Hope

The Sisters of St. Francis and Associates co-sponsored The Journey of Hope Walk - an event to bring awareness to the immigration issue in our area. The walk was 2.5 miles and including songs, prayers, testimonies from immigrants and lessons on Catholic social teaching. The walk ended at St. Francis Xavier Cathedral with Mass and a message from Bishop David Ricken. Over 300 people of all ages took part in the walk.
